Work Package 23: Review and assessment of progress and results

Objectives
- Measurement of progress and results against baseline data.
- Alert the management and the respective partners, if desired progress lacks.
- Enable a solution to lacking progress.

Description of work
- Detailed baseline data are developed together with the core theme leaders, the activity and
workpackage leaders against which the project progress is measured.
- Partners are contacted regularly through to ensure timely progress.
- Partner responses are checked.
- In case of difficulties, the respective lead person is informed.
- In severe cases of lacking progress, the Project Director is informed.
- A solution to the lacking progress will be found ad hoc by contacting the appropriate partners
and to carry out meetings, training actions, etc. or find specific financial support if necessary.
- Presentation of progress anomalies and solution procedure at annual meetings.
- Support work package leaders of overarching workpackages to collect all information form the
partners.
